Contact UsYes, every pair. We're an authorized dealer, and we don't sell from a shelf: when you order, we order your exact pair from the manufacturer through its authorized channels. It reaches you sealed in the brand's original packaging, with the case and everything the brand includes, and it has never been tried on by anyone. Returns are never resold, so what you receive is brand new, always.
Most orders arrive within about a week, or 3 to 8 business days in total. Because your pair is ordered fresh from the manufacturer, it takes 2 to 5 business days to reach us. We inspect it and ship it the same day it lands, and delivery then takes 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email at each step, including your tracking number the moment it ships.
Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, including US territories and military addresses. Canadian orders never have customs or duties added. US orders have no tax added at checkout, though they may be subject to import duties on delivery. We don't ship outside Canada and the US just yet.
If your pair isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it, free of charge. Email orders@certifiedsunglasses.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Just keep the sunglasses in the condition you received them, with the original packaging, case and accessories. Once they're back with us, we refund your original payment method (buy-now-pay-later refunds follow the provider's timing).
Yes. Every pair comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, such as faulty hinges, screws or nose pads, or lens coatings that peel. It doesn't cover everyday wear like scratched lenses, or accidental damage. If something goes wrong, email us a photo and your order number and we'll handle the claim for you, with a replacement or a full refund.
Yes. At checkout you can split your purchase into four interest-free payments with PayPal Pay in 4, or spread it over monthly payments with Affirm. Both are subject to approval, and the full terms are shown before you confirm. Either way, your order is handled exactly the same.
